June 2026 Meeting - Join us for an afternoon of camaraderie and a hot meal catered by the fantastic Smokehouse BBQ.

September 2026 (14th) & November 2026 (9th) meetings will be exceptionally held on second Monday of the month to accommodate conflicts at the hotel
When: Third* Wednesday of the month, September to June

General Meetings - January, March, May, June, September & November - starting at 13h30. These meetings usually consist of short business updates followed by a guest speaker and at the conclusion, complimentary beverages and cookies/squares are provided.

Luncheon Meetings - February, April, October & December - starting at 11h00 - with a hot buffet lunch (small charge collected at the door)
