CNPA Quebec Luc Grenier Trade Bursary Purpose To assist financially in the educational pursuit and career development of the families of CNPA contributing members residing in the Province of Québec. Objective One $1,500 trade bursary to be awarded to students registered in a Québec recognized School to have a trade, commencing with the fall 2025 school year. Eligibility Children, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren (includes legally adopted and step children) of supporting members of the CN Pensioners’ Association who are in good standing for at least one year prior to date of bursary application and residing in the Province of Québec at the time of the application.* * Definition of supporting members as per Article IV Membership Item 4.02(e) of the Constitution and Bylaws of the National Council of CN Pensioners Association Inc. 2025 Key Dates Program Opens - April 15, 2025 Application Deadline - August 13, 2025 Winner Contacted - By the end of the first week of September 2025 The 2025 Luc Grenier Trade Bursary, sponsored by the Quebec Council of the CN Pensioners, will be open online to Applicants effective April 15, 2025. Online with eClaims Access complete information on your group benefits in a secure environment: submit claims electronically, review claims status and history, eligibility for specific products or services and online registration for direct deposit of your claims. Members Programs & Benefits So what sorts of programs & benefits does the CNPA manage or provide to you? Health Care - On your behalf, and with the assistance of key partners, we manage one of the better retirement health care plans in Canada. Available to contributing CNPA members, the CNPA Health Care Plan for CN Pensioners from Blue Cross (#93115) provides you and your spouse coverage for some of those extra costs you might incur that are not covered by your province. Support for the plan comes from the CNPA Health Care Committee , a dedicated group of volunteer pensioners who help make sure we have a plan that fits our needs at a reasonable price. Pensions - The CNPA acts as an equal partner on the CN Pension Committee which approves your pension increases. Our Pension Committee makes sure that our voices are heard. Scholarships & Bursaries - Contributing member's children, grandchildren and even great-grandchildren get access to our annual CNPA Scholarship Program which offers 25 scholarships across the 5 Canadian regions. In addition, the Quebec, Ontario and Manitoba councils also offer trade bursaries for the families of those members residing in these regions National Newsletter - The newsletter is issued three times per year with relevant and interesting information. Some regional and local councils also offer regular newsletters to provide update and information closer to home. CNPA Government Liaison Officer & Committee - This role who advocates with various federal agencies on behalf of the National Council and pensioner membership on matters that may impact the objectives of our organization as well as the quality of life of our pensioners. In addition, those who subscribe to the CNPA Health Plan are also eligible for additional savings through Blue Cross CN Communications - Only contributing CNPA members will annually receive the CN Calendar and the "CN in the Community" brochure. Meetings & Events - CNPA m embers are invited to attend various events coordinated by the local councils across the country. Most hold regular meetings where guest speakers are invited to speak on current or special issues affecting seniors. Some hold BBQ's or picnics, others sporting events, dinners, or group travel adventures. By being a member, you can attend what you want, when you want. Our national newsletter and local communications with members keeps you up to date on what is happening, like family days, special events, or changes to legislations, policies or programs.

Ford Partner Recognition Program As a CN Pensioners Association member, you are eligible to participate in the Ford Partner Recognition X-Plan Vehicle Pricing Program! Program members have access to exclusive savings on Ford and Lincoln vehicles. CNPA members can access the program at www.fordpartner.com . You will need your Social Insurance Number (SIN) in order to complete the PIN request (last 4 digits only) and your PIN and proof of CNPA membership at the dealership Choose your country/language preference and use the CN/CNPA partner code - KX0E7 (a "zero" not the letter 'O') to enter the portal. Within the program portal, you can research vehicles, review plan rules and create your personalized PIN. To generate your PIN, you will need to enter the last 4 digits of your Social Insurance Number in the field labeled "Last 4 digits of NAS" as well as the other required information (name and address). Once you have your PIN, follow the instructions on how to use that PIN and proof of your CNPA membership to access Ford pricing discounts at any Ford dealer.
